Terms and Conditions includes Registration of the form to download the software and to get the Access service .
“Renewal Period”
The subscription of the Services and the Access fees is for ( monthly and annually) as specified in Your Order Form.
“Subscription Term”
The Initial period is (monthly and annual) to subscribe to the Services and for which you agree to prepay the Access Fees as specified in Order Form, together with each subsequent Renewal Period (unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms and conditions).
