Whilst all care is taken when installation process done for pathology software, if anything is left according to your requirements while pathology software has been installed , please contact us by sending e-mail , It will take 2 working days of receipt of software services.
Software costs are based on application or service you have selected or ordered according to your requirement. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the software will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.
We endeavour to have all services through Electronic service within the time limits mentioned., and whilst we endeavor to ‘keep to our word’ there may unfortunately be a few occasions when the Network fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but we cannot be held responsible for the late service of an item.
If the services does not provide when you expect it to, then please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will try to resolve it and place the service requested. If there is any issue in network than we will resolve within 7 working days.
We provide software that is downloadable in nature which involves no shipping. Software download orders will be fulfilled via a separate email confirmation to the customer. The software download email will include download links and instructions on how to complete a download.
Some purchased items may require us to issue you with a license key. We will contact you to collect information from you regarding the host ID of the computer you wish the license key to be generated against. Once we have received this information from you, your license key will be generated and sent to you as soon as possible.
